Past Assessment Summits

The 麻豆视频 Assessment and Planning Summit is held every May during Assessment Days. At each Summit since its inauguration in 2017, over 200 faculty and staff have volunteered to attend, with a record-breaking attendance of 420 in 2020. Participants聽devote several hours to studying institutional assessment data and developing priorities for action to take in the following year.

In 2017, the Summit concentrated on the results of student satisfaction and engagement surveys (such as the Student Satisfaction Inventory and the National Survey on Student Engagement). Participants developed plans for actions for improving advising and mentoring and for employing more high-impact pedagogical practices. In 2018, the Summit took 鈥淒iversity, Equity, and Inclusion at 麻豆视频鈥 as its theme. Participants came up with plans for addressing concerns that emerged from our institutional data on this subject.

We welcome inquiries about the Summit, whether from 麻豆视频 employees and students or from other assessment leaders at other institutions.
